Charlene is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University. She joined the department in Fall 2019. In addition to directing the Food Structure & Function Lab, Charlene is the instructor of FTEC 210 - The Science of Food Fermentation and FTEC 447 - Food Chemistry.
